It is used to determine the solar radiation incident on the plane in which it is placed, which normally coincides with that of the photovoltaic field. It is made of crystalline silicon and is encapsulated in the same way as the modules. On the back it has a box from which a bipolar cable comes out (with the positive and negative marked), and a label that provides the exact value of the calibration.
Calibrated 6" compensated cell
The calibrated compensated cell is a precision electronic measuring instrument that allows you to measure solar radiation, the cell's own temperature and the ambient temperature. The instrument comes with a calibration certificate. It is advisable to recalibrate it depending on its use and the conditions in which it is used. The 4-20 mA calibrated cell is a precision electronic measuring instrument that allows you to measure solar radiation.
Two independent analogue outputs, proportional to the measured magnitude, provide a standard 4-20 mA or 0-65 mV current level, adapted to the inputs of most inverters, PLCs and data acquisition systems. For more information, please consult ATERSA's Sales Department.

One of the most important elements in a photovoltaic installation to ensure optimum use of solar radiation is the support structure, which is responsible for supporting the solar modules, providing the most suitable inclination for the modules to receive the greatest amount of solar radiation throughout the year.
